your distress (harmful stress) into eustress (positive stress)
so that you feel healthier, happier and more productive. Discover

and you base them on your priorities. How to release the guilt feelings
associated with leisure is demonstrated by engaging in playful tasks
that you will remember. Balloons are used in a variety of ways to
illustrate what is within our power and what is not. This session
helps you gain a sense of control by guiding you to set personal
and professional goals. Games, exercises and magic are used to motivate
you to achieve life balance and have fun doing it.
