Robin
was in the corporate world for over ten years and became burned-out.
She noticed her friends and clients also were stressed and strained.
Robin knew that if she could find a way to reduce her own stress that
she could save herself and share that wisdom with others. She learned
that many of us take ourselves too seriously by confusing who we are
with what we do. |

She
resolved to find a way to take our jobs seriously, but ourselves lightly.
Her quest led to earning a Masters Degree in Recreation Therapy from
the University of Utah which complemented her undergraduate degree
in Human Resources and Education. Robin then worked in a psychiatric
hospital (which was not unlike working in Corporate America!) She
successfully developed a six week stress management program which
resulted in her first book, "Know
Stress to No Stress - A Step by Step Guide to Achieving Life Balance",
published in 1996. |

Robin
returned to the business world with a mission: give keynote presentations,
training, and consulting on issues related to building a productive
workplace. She knows how to reduce stress by helping people become
more aware, learn to trust and honor one another, rebuild their team
spirit and become accountable for their success or lack thereof. |

Robin
uses team building activities to create fun meetings. People
remember the new ideas because they have fun learning them. Her most
requested programs are "Making Work
Fun for Increased Productivity, Profitability
and Morale", designed to boost morale, and "Build It and
They Will Stay - Secrets To
Employee Retention" to increase productivity and nurture team spirit and
keep valued employees. |
