Relieve Stress by Eating Healthy
A new study reveals that people who ate a low fat diet and those eating a normal diet didn't differ that much . . . the healthier group cut calories from fat by only 8.2% and ate only 1.1 additional servings of fruit and vegetables. That is too small a difference to expect health benefits. But we have been led to believe that cutting out fat would make us much healthier. Bottom line is to eat healthy and stop altering our diets by reading headlines about new studies in the research journals. Each one is going to tell us something contradictory to the last study.
